A cute book.

This was a really cute book. I was in the mood to read a Christmas story in the summer heat and this one satisfied my craving. While the synopsis reveals most of the story it’s still worth the time to read the story in action. The effort that was put forward in developing the cast of characters was impressive.

Paws for Christmas left me feeling full of hope and joy. Definitely pick this book up if you are craving a holiday romance.

Paws for Christmas

A “Ruff” and Romantic Christmas

Emily Saint-Claire, co-CEO of Bow-Wow Enterprises, a nonprofit pairing rescue dogs with people in need, longs for a Christmas break at her parents’ mountain home with her pup, Gracie. But disaster strikes: an ex’s text, a humiliating TV interview where she tearfully admits wanting a new job, and a last-minute assignment to cover the Royal International Canine Invitation in Marisol. Exhausted and homesick, Emily cancels her plans and flies to Marisol, certain her holiday is ruined.

There, she mistakes a disheveled stranger for a photographer—only to learn he’s Prince Alexander of Marisol. Mortified, she accepts his apology and invitation to work at the palace. Instead of solitude, Emily finds joyful chaos with the prince’s curious kids and their shoe-chewing dog. As she bonds with the animal-loving prince, Emily discovers love can bloom when least expected.
